A large majority of our company’s work is building high-end pre-engineered metal warehouses in the 10,000 square foot range. We have also managed a few build-to-suit projects like bakeries and breweries that provide great community appeal. After realizing the demand, we designed one of our large buildings to contain several 1,800 – 5,000 square foot office and retail spaces.

Other projects involve conventional wood-framed structures, concrete tilt-up, expansion and remodel, as well as tenant improvement work. T.I. work can include anything from fire protection, seismic upgrades, installation of custom lighting and other electrical updates, HVAC system work, window replacement, and remodeling of interior features.
